Liquor and Wine Licensing Information

•  Application-On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License  $3000
   
• Application-Sell Intoxicating Liquors at Retail "On Premises" License

• Application-On Sale Wine License not to Exceed 14% of Alcohol by Volume License
  Fee $500 per year
  City Code 702.02; Subd. 3
   
• Application-Retail License to Sell 3.2% Malt Liquor "ON" Premises License
  Fee $225 per year

  NOTE: You will need certificate of insurance showing liquor liability coverage or signed affidavit of exemption. (Minnesota Statute Chapter 340 Subdivision 21)
   
• Application-Retail License to Sell 3.2% Malt Liquor "OFF Premises" License
  Fee $225 per year

• Application- Operate Vehicles for Hire License 
• Application- Business of Plumbing License   Fee $40
           Information on Plumbing Contractors Bond
• Application-Fertilizer License  Fee $25
• Application-Solid Waste Collection Services License
  Fee $200
• Application- Rental Registration License    Fee $25

• Permits:
  - Parade Permit to Close a State Highway
  - Parade Permit to Close a County Highway
  - Fireworks Display Permit
